Pros

Opportunity to increase knowledge. The ability to help out people. Give great prices ans service. There's always an opportunity to grow.

Cons

They don't offer much benefits. It also seems like the company is not very organized. Sometimes agents promise customer things the company does not offer.

Pros

Good benefits offered at reasonable rates. Generous PTO allowance. Solid training program, long enough to cover the basics. Great co-workers. Some really excellent front-line managers, trainers, and coaches.

Cons

Lousy pay and bonus structure. Terrible work schedules, majority of which are split days off with 5-day workweek. Very little room for advancement. Horrible atmosphere. Heavy workload.
