Pros

Great pay and benefits and pretty awesome co workers

Cons

Overload of work. Unreasonable metrics which included customer surveys on denied claims that effected your rating as an employee. Micro-management and lack of sufficient training and too many meetings

Great benefits, laid back culture. People show up at 9 leave at 4:30. 25 days of vacation.

Cons

Passive aggressive culture. Inequality on how they treat people. Watch your back.

Pros

The people there are phenomenal and the benefits are really good

Cons

There is a lot of work to do and sometimes it can be overwhelming. They seem to hiring claim trainees and then promoting them. They are geared towards customer service which can take up a lot of the day.
