Pros

Great, motivated coworkers, good benefits and fair pay

Cons

Disconnected management and metric goals that prioritize stress and profit at the cost of high turnover and efficiency. Very high workload with little downtime.

PTO is the only good thing

Pros

Lots of PTO. You can take off on less than a day of notice.

Cons

The workload is not manageable, leaders don’t care to help those who are drowning, you’re just looked at as a number. Upper level management has seriously taken a turn for the worst! Pay is also very low compared to industry average.
