Pros

The pay and the PTO however that only goes so far.

Cons

Moral is low in the office and the turnover is so high I've never seen anything like it. I have friends in home office who love it but the different regional offices are nothing like it which is disappointing. There is no work/life balance. The career development is poor. You are a body in a chair taking claims which don't stop over the weekend.

Pros

The pay is decent, generous PTO and good benefit package as well.

Cons

The quota I can deal with. When it comes to direct hours, what a joke. You are expected to make close to 7 each day. However when you do an LRN online, it takes away from production time putting you in the red. You are called out on this in daily huddles. How anyone cannot fathom that over an hour of production lost, will put you in the red is beyond me. Not to mention the supervisor and her little brown-nosers that go telling her everything just to get others into trouble. Worst place I have ever worked at. Intent on leaving here in another month or so as I can't deal too much longer with this hot mess. Other prospects in mind.

Pros

The offer letter lists all these great benefits, however you never get to use them because you are expected to work 24/7 and holidays.

Cons

You are expected to work 24/7 and holidays. They do not inform you of the hostile work environment until you are hired and in the door. Then there is no one to voice your opinion to because HR ignores you, even when you call the anonymous hotline.
