Two Faced Company - The REAL Reviews Are Now Coming In

- Coworkers - Dogs in the office - The customers we serve

- Pay is extremely low for the amount of work you have to do. - Look up micromanagement in the dictionary and you'll see a photo of the leaders at Review Wave. - Pay is based on your performance. If you perform and hit stats, you'll get a $5-10 raise. How is this a con? This is how it is at every company. If your performance dips (90% of the time its because of things outside of your control) they drop your pay back down to the base of $20 and it becomes a never ending cycle. The pay is a carrot being dangled in front of you. I'd rather be fired than have my paycheck be used as a game. - Lack of processes - processes turn over as quickly as the employees. - Too many useless meetings - don't get me started on the useless Monday meetings. You all are chanting and banging the tables as if you're a cult. - CEO thinks he's Tony Stark/Iron Man and thinks all of his ideas are so innovative. Reality check: They're not and half of the time his 'talks' are tone deaf and cringe. - No one is ever on the same page and all you ever see leadership do is bicker. - This company is an HR nightmare - from workplace politics to ethics, I have never seen a company this dysfunctional (and they embrace it like its a good thing)

Stand up desk and Mac computer.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the ping pong table, shuffle board, and nice desks.

Honestly, I do not have one

Cons

Tell you lies to get you to want to work there. You will not make the money they tell you that you will. No work, life balance. They do not listen to any employee complaints. They make you feel bad for taking a break. They try to turn employees on each other. Horrible experience. No room for growth or healthy mental health.
