Fun, fast-paced, diverse company culture, lunch prepared fresh and provided daily, above-average starting pay, small enough that you can interact with executive staff, dog-friendly, great benefits package, and producing a great product.

Cons

Despite above-average starting pay, it's still not enough to cover Orange County, CA living expenses. Sometimes, there is more focus on personal development and less on training for the tasks at hand.
