- Great team environment that allows for growth within the Company. - Time allotted for personal growth through reading on a daily basis. - In-house Chef that prepares a smoothie, lunch, and a snack on a daily basis. - Friendly team members that are always ready to help each other out.

Cons

- No hand holding. Be ready to hit the ground running, taking the initiative to learn on your own. (Pro or Con depending on how you like to learn).

Was not ready for HOW fast-paced it was going to be off the bat. If you can't own your mistakes and successes and learn from them, this place is not for you.
