Pros

A good amount of cool coworkers

Cons

Use to be a fun place to work that cared about the client, product and employees. They stoped promoting from within and only hire outside for meaningful positions. The new managers and execs don’t know anything about the product or clients and don’t really care to learn. They just make changes to SOPs and spend all day making useless dashboards in salesforce. The sop changes just make it harder for people to do their job and the dashboards just tell us what we already know, churn is on the rise, sales are on the decline, and it takes months and months to onboard new clients. The product was once great, but because competitors have caught up they just try to push out new features as fast as possible even though they don’t work correctly. Instead of fixing the bugs and making a useable product they move onto the next shiny feature. The culture they have relies on flexing that 90s rappers perform at the Christmas party, which I’ll admit is cool for about 5 minutes and then you realize that’s the reason everyone’s Christmas bonus gets cut year after year. They are lucky the job market is so bad or I know about 75% of the team would have left.
