Pros

Pay at start is nice. 17/hr for nothing more than a GED is good.

Cons

Horrible benefits package- health insurance is garbage. PTO accruance is laughable. Attendance is used against you. You get treated horribly on the phone by people who don’t know what they are talking about. TMs don’t know how to manage people and gossip about you in front of you.

Pros

If you like sitting on your behind and not having a clue what is going on for 8+ hours, this would be the job for you. This company doesnt have a clue what is going on. the chain of command is completely insane. they find any reason to make you want to leave or quiet fire you by adding more responsibilities to your job without any pay

Pros

It's a job to get by while looking for better.

Cons

The management team is horrible! I will NEVER work for this company again and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! I must say that my first manager was really kind and supportive but I was switched over to a new team and the manager that I was under used to change my password on my computer so I couldn't log in. I would go a full shift without being able to work sometimes because of this. The company used to pay us for our missed shifts if we had system issues that were internal but the manager all of a sudden told me that they do no pay for system issues anymore. This was weird to me because after I was told this, they paid the entire company when we all had a system issue. I was told to be careful with reporting this guy to his manager because he's her favorite. I found this to be true because his manager sided with him when I addressed my issues to her during a conference call with them. It was confirmed by a tech support representative that this is a known thing where the employees passwords would suddenly be changed by management causing us to miss work. The tech support guy literally said, "I don't know why they be doing this to y'all." The pay wasn't great at all and most of us did not have a voice on anything.
