Pros

Easy to get hired, 9.50 a hour which is better than the 7.25 I was making. Great place to get experience if your fresh starting out.

Cons

Very UNPROFESSIONAL, They will let anyone be managers as long as they show up. Make sure you SURVEYS are good(I can't stress this enough). You can work with any thing else as long as your surveys are good. A lot of petty drama. Other than that I would not recommend staying their longer than a year because, they do not offer raises but, it better than the job being shipped to another country.

Pros

Pros hahaha there are no pros to this company unless you like being pooh on the bottom of someone's shoes!!!!!!!!

Cons

They don't care about the employees. They would rather have a revolving door. Upper management lies and gives you BS answers. Alorica has taken benefits away from employees that have worked for the call center that was West (example PTO and medical benefits) Stay unemployed you will be much happier than working for the sight director (JS) and the company!

Pros

my coworkers are the best part of this job

Cons

Terrible communication, company is untrustworthy. Alorica upper management is tone deaf to their employees concerns. They just announced they are taking away any earned hours of PTO over 80 hrs effective January 1st. The announcement wasn't communicated until 12/31 so there wasn't an opportunity to take the time off before losing it. Many employees have filed a complaint with the NE Department of Labor.
