Pros

You get VTO - voluntary time off. They have days at work were there is food available and a great snack machine.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, no weekends off, 45 minute lunch and no real ways to advance. The turnover rate is very high and the management teams aren't very helpful or want to assist.

Pros

The call center in Austin is designed well and is comfortable.

Cons

Alorica does not care about their employees. The attendance policy changes depending on which day it is. They constantly mess up your paycheck, and they could care less if you ever get your pay corrected. In the 6 months I worked there I was only paid correctly 4 times.
