Good wage for around here, decent benefits, paid training.

Cons

Metrics are stupid, and generally out of the hands of the CSR, so don't count on that "playmaker" bonus. They talk about how they are a family and willing to work with you to get you where you need to be, metric wise, but they just fire you the first time you miss a metric.

You cant trust anyone, and they will try to fire you for things you did not do.
