Pros

Alorica provided a great place to learn principles of customer service. It is a great place for college students to work.

Cons

The benefits, especially health benefits, were limited. The training was extensive, but the training rooms were small with poor climate control.

Pros

Alorica offers good pay for what we do. It's a good starting place while working and going to school. Opportunities to try new projects are often available. There is a lot of room for growth and the willingness to help students out is great. There is constant growth and the incentives available are good. The work for performance bonuses are great because the employee is the one who can control if they get these bonuses.

Cons

The point system is weird rather than give points or take points there should be a better way to structure absenteeism and time off. There is a lot more emphasizes on what the clients need and how we as the employee should change to suit the customer's need, but there isn't as much emphasis on appreciating the employees who go out of their way to meet these needs.
