Pros
My co-workers are very nice, and easy to talk with, everyone is willing to help you if you can't figure out how to help a member connect a device he purchased.
Cons
1. Some of the senior agents tend to talk down to you, and make you feel stupid because you don't knowas much as them. 2. Once a construction crew dug up our fiber optical cables, so all systems went down, including the telephones. We were sent home on MTO (Mandatory Time Off), and we were not paid for the hours we missed on.our shift,. We all showed up for work to work our shifts, we should have been paid.for our full shift. I heard that the company was paid $30,000 an hour by the construction company that caused the systems to go down. So why weren't we paid??? 3. Our saaries are way too low, we have the responsibility to troubleshoot all electronic devises sold at Sam's club.
