Pros
Paid training at $10.00 an hour. Training wasnt very hard for H&R Block After training still get paid the same with plenty of hours Friendly environment
Cons
-They hire pretty much anybody who can type on a computer or use a phone so you have a bunch of very young or very old dummies in there. -If you wanted you could just do the training and pretend your paying attention to make some quick money until its over obviously which a few people do. -Only a temporary job. -No benifits. -Horrible management, the managers are pretty much kids just like all the wrest of the people working there and they have no clue what they are doing, so its often someone would get moved from voice to chat or chat to voice when they were doing fine in the first place. -Sitting on your ass all day or all night long listening to angry customers (Chat is better because you dont have to hear yelling all the time). If you are a lazy person that doesnt like being outside then this is the job for you, in my case im the complete opposite so after a month i couldnt stand it. -I tell all of my friends that if you are just looking to make some quick money and dont mind being bored to death then its for you but if you get bored pretty easily dont even bother going through all the trouble.
