Pros

Flexible Schedule, Better than unemployment. Bads outweigh goods.

Cons

Management is clueless. They get promoted because they kiss up and will lie. Zero management skills. If you're black, hispanic or a female yoou have a decent chance. Lies are told in training. They feed new employees warm leads so they think its great and then the next month you are in with all the other crap. Management keeps changing rules and goals and blames AMEX for it. Alorica is a greedy company. If you're uneducated, you may think 25k base is great but you won't be there long. You won't be able to deal with CEO's DR's and lawyers. The turnover rate is extemely high. All the good sales people have either left or being terminated due to unattainable goals. They even try to challenge unemployment. They can't. Don't let them. They have this rah rah pom pom stuff that's so juvenille.Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Look at all of the bad reviews nation wide. Andy Lee who is the CEO never comes to visit. That proves how lousy this company is.
