Pros

Flexible schedule no OT required despite of calls waiting compensated for PTO even if you were absent for some reason but it pays off from your leave credits

Cons

When enrolled in PiP due to bad performance they never implemented that rule back then but only now. Their employees are getting lesser in numbers and bad timing to get high call volume which many employees were termed and most of them resign to find a higher pay company

Pros

1. Convenient training systems & materials 2. Most supervisors and managers treat you as a human being 3. Benefits like transportation bonus, free childcare, performance bonus, etc... 4. You'll be always paid on time 5. Lots of OT available help you make some extra bucks

Cons

1. Little empowerment as an employee 2. Low pay 3. Little availability of flexible schedules and/or part-time openigns 4. Coaching sessions are more like a summary of all you did wrong (so you have to learn to distil the best out of the negative)
