Pros

Alorica provided a great place to learn principles of customer service. It is a great place for college students to work.

Cons

The benefits, especially health benefits, were limited. The training was extensive, but the training rooms were small with poor climate control.

Pros

Alorica has better pay than many other local employers.

Cons

Building was not well kept; the carpet was disgusting, the air conditioner was always broken. Work is extremely dull and repetitive. 30 minute lunches are a problem considering all restaurants and stores are several miles away.
