Pros

- fast promotion - have bonuses sometimes - company is stable

Cons

- be ready to be denoted anytime - be ready for salary discrepancies - who will not be stable if everything is being sucked out from poor employees? low salary, not in line with the market and BENEFITS are NOT PAID on time

Pros

*9.50 to start * 1 week training * overtime The test to become a rep isn't hard and some employees are just awesome.

Cons

You have to call in if your going to miss work even if your in accident and are unable to talk. OT can be taken away, sometimes isn't even on the check. Not really good training or management my supervisor just yelled at people in front of other employees and acted like this was fine. No pay raise.
