Barely room to climb up the ladder. They’re like vampires they suck you dry(will use you)! The moment you tell them you can’t do something for them like come in on your scheduled day off without a week’s prior notice ..you go from the golden child to the enemy. If your not working in the sales department your not going to make any money!! They find ways to cheat you out your money!

Very laid back environment. No strict management. Always in need of employees. Commission on sales.

Cons

Earning PTO is very very slow. Very deceiving company with daily white lies. Number one priority is to get customers to come back. Number 2? Help customers with their issues. Overall: the company is a joke.
