Pros

Bi-weekly paycheck. Lobby looks nice

Cons

Rated one of the Worst Companies to Work For in 2017 and again in 2018. This company truly IS a horribleplace to work, call center or corporate locations. Everyone is miserable and want to leave. Turnover rate is double digits and management doesn’t care. There is no annual review, no annual increase and no bonus. Pay is mediocre and benefits are very expensive - check the benefits before you accept an offer from them. You might need to negotiate for more money Forget working hard to get promoted. Good employees get more work with no increase in pay or rewards. Company really doesn’t care for its employees and the work environment is hostile a lot of times. Management has no clue what they are doing and top executives and VPs are always changing

Pros

The schedule, if you need flexibility it’s there, but just don’t ever let that flexibility include weekends.

Cons

Recruiting hires anyone that comes in. Warm bodies over quality employees. High turnover. Most of the training, after your initial training, is non existent. You are thrown into a position with promises of help and then treated as a fool for asking questions. Mandates are handed out with little warning causing employees to view management unfavorably. Raises don’t exist and incentives are never paid on time. Computer system from the stone ages. The quality employees are all looking for jobs elsewhere, including managers!
