Pros

They will always hire you if you’re desperate. They have to hire in large numbers because people run out the door.

Cons

Executives do not listen to front line management. Then when things do not work out, they pass the blame to those who advised caution in the first place.

Did a month of training just to find out that only people who stay on is 5 out of 20 people only stay on.

Cons

To have my Supervisor follow me around to tell me My Perfume is to strong,, so I didnt where any after that,, for him to tell me the same thing again. And would stand over me to disrupt my calls.. I shower everyday how is that wrong?

They hire anybody and it’s basically like high school that you get paid to go to, gossip and drama are very high here. I don’t think they pay enough to deal with the environment plus irate customers. The job itself is easy. This would be a great place to work if you just need something temporary. No job security they fire a lot here.
