      The best training team I have ever managed. Engaged site leadership, healthy incentive programs, opportunities for employees to advance, and the MLB program is bar none!

      Work from home, pay is always correct

      I have been with this company for 9 years. There systems are always crashing or having some type of tech errors. You are still required to try to log in or call the support line. During this time they legally are supposed to pay you but they dont. There are not enough Pals anymore. I was having numerous issues with there system and I could not get reach a PAL at all. I would not suggest to work for this company. Pay is awful if your looking to really having a good paying job

      Hires anyone Decent pay 40 hours a week

      Bed bugs are found everywhere Upper management has no knowledge of what the customer needs, only knowledge to de-escalate customers. Upper management will never tell the truth and beat around the bush. Does not care if you have family or an emergency, they will terminate you without question. Upper management full of racist people. Does not praise employees of good work but will hammer them for one thing done wrong. Terrible terrible terrible!
