Pros

Job is simple some days would have no work to do

Cons

The pay and benefits on slow days if your sales for the day isn’t up to par they would send you home with out pay it was extremely difficult to get the sales rate they wanted because your sales came from making move but directv’s routing system was horrible every department sending calls from department to department and more than likely the calls you received didn’t need to be speaking to you

I'd like to ask that you remove this interview as it mentions confidential client information in the header section. All employees sign a nondisclosure agreement that this review violates. Thank you.

Cons

Discrimination right in your face I have a different accent Bc of my Hearing, waste of time, they DO DISCRIMINATE BASED ON YOUR DISABILITY, GENDER, and ETHNICITY SO YOU WILL HEAR FROM THE COURT.

Pros

They will hire just about anyone. Most Co-workers are friendly. Paid training.

Cons

Pay is pathetic. They said they would give holidays off and we ended up having to work or be fired. The training is basically useless. They don't care about how the call goes, it's all based on a grading system that is extremely biased. The customers are rude and verbally abusive but you are not allowed to hang up or you'll be fired. Most days there would be at least 10 people standing because there was no room for them to sit when they came back from breaks. Management was allowed to break the rules with no repercussions.
