Pros

The work at Alorica is easy, generally speaking. Sometimes a bit dull and repetitive, but reliable.

Cons

There are virtually no leaders or responsible parties at Alorica. For 3 entire months, I have been trying to get simple answers about when benefits start, or when I become eligible for them. There are two HR people, and neither have been able to figure out an answer. This is not new hire fog either, I have now been here just over a year. My supervisor has been asking around corporate sources and still there are no answers. The initial insurance offering in the first year doesn't cover emergencies, which is why I am trying to get the "better benefits" I was told are available at the one year mark. The garbage insurance they initially offered stuck me with a $30,000 medical bill for life threatening appendicitis surgery. That alone should tell any prospective employee applying at, or any company getting job bids from Alorica, where their concept of responsibility and accountability really lie. By word and deed Alorica has proven they are not an honest broker for the people they work with.

Pros

Easy workload when not busy, guaranteed hours, monthly bonus... salary good for “fresh out of high school”

Cons

Very slim to no chance for a raise. Uneducated management (some are childish mannered) and low pay/short breaks... oh, and don’t ask for a schedule change or for them to approve vacation time, cause no matter how far ahead you request it, it takes MONTHS and they will deny it 10x before it gets approved.
