Pros
Decent pay, good bonuses, easy and simple tasks.
Cons
* Very stressful work: Customers can be abusive * Managerial positions pay at the same rate of entry level positions, bonuses considered * Wages are stagnant. There is no raise structure in place for the long term. * Very difficult to request time off due to PTO being slow to accrue, and limited availability of days that would be approved for time off. * The turnover rate of employees is astounding. The site constantly has people leaving and replaced with new hires. The qualifications of a number of people hired is often questionable.
