Pros

Employees are very supportive and caring about clients needs and requirements, good sales training programs, well maintained facilities.

Cons

They refer to themselves as a boutique marketing firm, reality is the are a print-shop. Salary is a little better than minimum wage roughly $13.00 per hour. Owners of franchises tend to be greedy, rather than allowing sales agents to build upon current client base aka "House Accounts" those accounts are left to die on the vine. Little to no interaction is given the by owners. High turnover rate.

Pros

Friendly franchisees for the most part. Good group of people working at the SLC corporate office.

Cons

Ever since the company sold it's been a toxic environment. It went from being a great company with great leadership to a horrible place with very little growth opportunity. It's amazing how fast things changed.

Pros

Busy environment, workday passes quickly, learned a lot about graphic design and printing processes. Standard hours, free from calls and emails at the end of the day.

Cons

Constantly dealing with angry customers that wanted jobs done unreasonably fast. The owner had questionable ethics, and treated all of the employees like dirt. Employer did not value employees - anytime a good system was established, management would dump a worker and hire someone cheaper or exchange a full-time worker for a part-time worker, and the entire print shop would be sent scrambling. One employee wanted to have a baby, and was unexpectedly laid off. I was laid off two weeks before my wedding - no notice, or anything - just told to hand over my keys and leave immediately.
