HR department was a nightmare

Low salary Small team so not so much support from experts

You can find yourself unemployed without any warning beforehand.

After giving their word that the contract would be long term and even if the project ended (since it was covid related) I would be integrated in other projects, after less than 1 year they layed off almost everybody. I was in a Good company, with a Good salary and long-term contract. I only accepted this offer because I believed What they said. The company was not transparent.

Sudden lay off of 40% of the global work force

Awful pay which is below what any other company is paying. Benefits are terrible. Bare minimum vacation time and no other benefits. The job where I will be going to is giving me a home office allowance, internet reimbursement and tuition reimbursement.
