The projects are fun, colleagues are supportive and kind, and there is a good work/life balance. It’s fun working for a mission-driven organization; people who work here genuinely want to make the world a better place!

Pros

Great benefits and work/life balance. Many passionate coworkers.

Cons

Those passionate coworkers mentioned in the "pros" don't stick around. There is extremely high turnover. Management doesn't invest/care about their lower level employees. The only people leaving positive reviews are those in higher positions in the company, so if you are able to get in in a higher position you will be all set. If you fall anywhere below principal though, get ready to be overworked and under-appreciated.
