Good transit benefits Passionate coworkers Some upwards mobility (if you want to give up production/specialization and be a team/project manager)

Cons

WAY below average pay REALLY high turnover Lack of direction from upper management Staff is expected to make up for management's decisions to underbid on projects by being creative with how they use time No mentorship, direction, or really any training whatsoever for recent grads. It's sink or swim for these folks leading to a lot of unduly stress on their part and wasted budget throughout the company's projects.

- Lack of accountability from upper management. Double standards where managers get to take time off and work from home and production staff are held to a higher, more rigorous standard without effective leadership. - High turnover. - Impersonal bottom line oriented work culture. - Managment takes advantage of recent graduates and passionate students without providing adequate instruction, training, and/or reasonable expectations. - Very white. - Design being done is dull, unimaginative and extremely limited in scope.
