Absolutely awful management, very negative office environment, expectations that employees should work much, much more than 40 hours per week, bad salary, no bonuses, bad company leadership, very cheap.

Those passionate coworkers mentioned in the "pros" don't stick around. There is extremely high turnover. Management doesn't invest/care about their lower level employees. The only people leaving positive reviews are those in higher positions in the company, so if you are able to get in in a higher position you will be all set. If you fall anywhere below principal though, get ready to be overworked and under-appreciated.
