Pros

Everything at Alta starts from a very good place - just look at their mission. The people who work there have big hearts, passion for their industry and a lot of camaraderie. The people and the projects are amazing. The benefits are pretty great too!

Cons

It's hard to pinpoint the cons. They exist, but they are somewhat amorphous. Sometimes it's a lack of tools, sometimes it's a sense of employee entitlement, sometimes it's a lack of leadership, sometimes it's communication. But as I said before, everything at Alta starts from a good place.
