You don't want to work here.
Pros
This company does a great dog and pony show for orientation. You actually think you are starting to work for a company who understands employees are human beings. The reality is they treat you like you are a 3 year old, micro-manage you to death, constantly tell you how badly you are doing on the job. No praise ever given.
Cons
Computer system was always a problem. People couldn't sign in to certain programs they needed to do their jobs. Training was provided but not complete. Trainers were not trained to be trainers, they would talk very softly and move way to fast to really explain the job. Did not train in one very important aspect of job. People who were only on the job 2 months were mentoring new employees. Parking was a challenge. Employees had to park 4-6 blocks away and pay to park. Cafeteria was provided but employees did not know if certain allergens were in the food making it impossible for some people to eat the food. Managers never praised employees but always reminded them of everything they did wrong.
