Pros

The people and the relationships you create are great. Lots of help and training to get you on you started at any position even new positions.

Cons

Retention is a major problem for any company like this. If you take a job here commit to being there for a while. The longer you stay the better off you are. It does can be stressful at times when you are dealing when you dealing with angry customers, but push through it.

Flexibility, supervisor leadership, individual improvement allowed.

Cons

Supervisors clearly favor certain individuals and allow them to act as supervisors themselves without actually having enough knowledge to help others.

Comfortable environment. Effective training. Nice people to work with.

Cons

(in regards to the company I worked for within Alta:) The company keeps growing and as time went on, the workers were getting less and less from the job. The pay did not match up to the work load. I feel as the company grew, the employees slowly received less attention. Not much room for advancement.
