      Better than some customer service "farms." Co-workers were great. Management mistrustful & dis honest

      Good training. Great co-workers. Good lunchroom. Building clean and bright. Welcomed positive feedback

      Cons

      Management disingenuous and mistrustful. More talk than action. Hire and fire the norm. Pay increases rare unless you advance. If you don't have a desire to advance you won't last. "Advanced" people arrogant and stand-offish. "Groupthink" the norm. Management can treat workers like grade-schoolers. Everything except taking calls on your time. Benes are minimal.

      Pros

      A great place to gain experience in customer service.

      Cons

      Call Center environment and very little is done to assure that employees are given proper equipment to circumvent the health risks inherent to such an environment. (i.e. must request an ergonomic assessment, have to use reams of paper as a riser for your monitor, poor quality telephone headsets, etc.) Leadership within teams is practically a caste system. Phone reps treated like chattel.
