Good and Bad Decent Place to work

Pros

-Good Benefits -Flexible Work Schedule for most teams -Senior Leadership is strong at least for the CPG Team -Difficult to get fired

Cons

-Technology never works(Computer Systems) and the only thing IT was ever taught is to turn the computer off and then back on apparently. -Pay could be better but that is a complaint of every job -Huge Turnover

Met some friendly people. Former managers/co-workers provided good references. Completed six sigma green belt training through company.

Cons

Low pay, unfulfilling/terrible work, employees with experience (in general, and on the team) passed up for lead positions for outside candidates, managers not doing much to have your back (just apologizing/saying they have your back, but not doing anything to improve your situation), all good team members leave for better jobs. PTO is a hassle.

Pros

Easy work, flexible hours, expectations are pretty clear. The higher-ups try to keep everyone motivated during the difficult/busy times and will offer overtime when that happens

Cons

Depending on the department training can be lacking, never really sure of what the future will hold for temp hires. Sometimes a bit too strict.
