      Front line staff is so dedicated.

      Cons

      Upper Management is unethical and corrupt. They claim employees are their greatest asset, but treat them so disrespectfully. Morale is very low in clinics because the message is clear: Making money for the company is the priority.

      Pros

      AltaMed is a good place to get experience and a place you can leverage to your next job. It provides steady job environment for those who seeks it.

      Cons

      While most leaders at Altamed are good, some are outright just not fit to be in their role. For example HR do not support their employees. CIO demonstrates poor leadership and creates a hostile work environment
