      1. decent salary 2. constant work schedule. 3. autonomy 4. generous PTO and CME benefits 5. more than 10 days of paid holidays 6. good coworkers

      1. Need to learn spanish 2. Sometimes have difficult patients 3. Sometimes heavy workload

      Pros

      Competitive benefits and salary and the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance, Not enough staff for workload, Executive level management is awful. They are poor leaders, work their employees to high levels of stress and have little to no compassion. Very uncomfortable work environment. Many of the leaders use demands and verbal abuse to get their employees to complete tasks. Very high turnover. HR Department lacks professionalism and does not protect the employees or address their concerns.
