Pros

Tighy knitt family-like environment depending on what location you work at. Okay benefits, nice holiday schedule, good amount of PTO, management is pretty good at accommodating requests

Cons

No room for advancement at the clinic level unless you know someone really well even if you are qualified. Company is not culturally diverse at all. Company hires mainly Hispanic staff. Not a professional environment, focused more on the patients than on staff. Pay scales are completely wrong! Practically everyone is at the starting point or just above it even if they've been there for many years. Don't know anyone that is at the midpoint or the max salary for any pay grade except maybe the execs.

Pros

You get weekends off. That's about it.

Cons

Salaried staff work 50-60+ hours EVERY WEEK. Under compensated, over worked and EXTREMELY stressful. Growing way too fast for their own good and the good of their patients. Poor quality care claim to be great, look great from the outside looking in but when your on the inside it's just sad. Expectations of managers and staff are UNREALISTIC. Multiple responsibilities placed on them and not just easy tasks major responsibilities usually carried out by 2-3 employees.

Pros

Purpose of "serving the underserved communities." Corporate office is beautiful; clinics are welcoming.

Cons

Too many to list! Career advancement opportunities are available but unless you know someone, you are not moving up. Many "managers" are not qualified to be in those positions. The company does not take advantage of the full potential of their employees. All departments do not work cohesively; seems like they do not trust each other even though they are part of the same organization, working towards the same cause! The organization is still run as though it is a small company and when big issues or projects arise, everyone is forced to run around looking for answers at the VERY LAST MINUTE.
