Good place to learn, bad place to work

For someone with no previous experience in Clinical Research field there is a lot to learn

Cons

Long hours,unefficient system,all the basic maintenance of the equipment is done by the Analysts,low salary,no benefits.Promised to upgrade to permanent status after three months of work but nothing happened.No appreciation of Lab workers and their efforts.Many people leave after less than one year.

Colleagues were chill. They help the day to go by despite the hecticness and discomfort.

Cons

Loss of morale. No motivation. No appreciation. Pettiness. Ignorant Favouritism. Division. Work was repetitive, non stimulating, heavy. Schedules are disagreeable. "Flexibility" is in the terms of the company's desires such as, you know when you will start but won't know when you'll finish . Your personal time is taken up ALL the time and you're not being paid fairly for the sacrifice.
