Flexible work hours, decent benefits if single, ability to get promoted within the company

Cons

Training can be lacking although it is getting better, communication between departments can be a struggle, upper management does not always respond to concerns

Pros

I have been working at Vince and Associates Clinical Research, Inc. for almost four years. I have seen the company continuously grow and change into what it is now. There is huge potential for promotion and personal growth working at this company. Every day is a positive challenge and there is always room and acceptance for new ideas regarding change and development.

Cons

The only negative is that there is a constant need for productivity. It is not an environment that produces widgets.

Cons

Busy working Environment at times, but normal in the Clinical trial arena.
