Pros

Great place to move up if you're white and like to do bare minimum.

Cons

If you're black and educated believe it will be held against you.

Pros

Great/nice coworkers, one manager was great I joined at a good time and the load of work was appropriate at the time Flexible learning pace was allowed A lot of opportunity to work overtime even if you didn't want to do overtime I had to list 5 pros so here they are

Cons

Pay was horrendous, people who flip burgers make more You are assigned overtime even if you can't make it The company overall is very unethical, they only care about making money and have no sympathy for any of their workers. Everyone gets paid terribly. This place is not ethical in any way shape or form. I don't really have anything positive to say besides the required amount that the document insists. Get the experience you need and start applying anywhere else. This place is on fire and nobody in there is screaming for help.

Pros

Free lunch good way to get your foot in the door

Cons

Everyone you work with is overworked and underpaid. The work environment is toxic and there seems to be a disconnect between the research associates and the supervisors. There had been many times where the RAs have been scolded for complaining about being overworked. All of the equipment is broken. This causes so many avoidable injuries but have no fear there is always the promise of new equipment on the horizon. The hours are insane, especially when the company keeps losing staff. People have to work 55 hour weeks just because. The company keeps approving new studies but doesn't seem to factor in the staff it takes the perform those studies. There will be days where people aren't scheduled lunches or breaks. Then on top of that expected to stay late to help get tasks done.
