      Pros

      Very nice, hard working people work here who are committed to conduct important pharmaceutical research in a professional and scientifically rigorous manner.

      Cons

      This environment is fast pace and technically rigorous. An employee must be able to stay organized and proficient in all tasks assigned to them. This is also a pro as it makes for an intellectually stimulating environment.

      Pros

      nice co-workers, good team work and spirit of helping each other

      Cons

      I worked at algo as a lab analyst, I had le part-time contract but I was working 50-60 hours a week. I didn't have time to see family memebers or have a life. The amount of work is huge and they harass analysts to do extra time and work during the week-ends. They don't have any Health and Safety Awareness taraining for analysts. They just use you and throw you away when you get harmed. They don't even inform analysts about the riks that theyare facing while doing their jobs (all kinds of tendinitis, peripharial neuropathy).

      Stressful position

      Pros

      Working with great dedicated technicians, nurses and physician. Teamwork among them was great.

      Cons

      Manager were paid for 35hr /week but in practice they were all doing about 40 to 50 hrs. ( 5-15 hrs per week not only not paid but barely not recognized) Almost impossible to take back those lost hours. Everything falls on us (managers) Trust to be re-build. !
