I don't have many positive things to say about this organization.

Cons

The levels of management and project oversight are insane. An HIGHLY bureaucratic business structure. Commitments to 401k matching and salary increases are not honored! Beware, once you are in the door, you're just a cog in a big wheel.

Benefits are bad, the culture is bad and getting worse (and that starts at the top), and the pay is sort of 'eh'. The leadership clearly thinks very highly of themselves but their execution is bad, their communication is patronizing, and they clearly have no vision for the company beyond "values". Some of the emails I got looked like they were written by a middle-schooler who was making fun of an out-of-touch CEO.
