Some Overnight work and weekends Growth in department is very hard to obtain unless your highly favored People keep work and knowledge to themselves We’re acquired and unsure of our futures Received a bonus for little time and now guidelines have changed only for those who make under 80k

Cons

Management is pushing work down the throat of implementation teams on the ground & client-facing despite the 1,000's of system defects. Management is condescending and contradictory to Altera Values. No new sales in YEARS. The current Community model is a result of Paragon flips. They just removed AITW Bonus for anyone making over 80K, so the incentive to exceed is not gone. Run & run fast.
