Not a single thing that I can think of.

Cons

-Marcus Perez with lines like "Figure It Out", and "If you don't like it, you can leave" during company all hands calls, you can easily tell he's lazy, has no idea how to run a company, and doesn't care about anything but his stock price and investors. -Zero pay increase in countless years but bonuses still get paid out to upper management without hesitation. -Insurance goes up, pay stays the same -Constant layoffs, with people leaving on their own accord, left and right. -Micro management through the roof while consistently adding more micromanagement features. -management and upper management are helpless and are only there to pass down orders from their superiors. -Zero moral horrible place to work. Stay away.

I can't think of one.

Cons

- constant required unpaid overtime - no opportunity for growth - feeling entitled to your own off-hours free time is considered the wrong attitude - limited or complete lack of support from leadership - "work-life integration" not work-life balance, And they mean it wholeheartedly. - you will be treated like a cog in the machine while CEO Marcus whines people don't like him enough
