Caring ancillary staff including Chaplain, Masso therapist, Volunteer Coordinator. Pay is comparable.

Cons

Disorganized management all the way up the ladder. Completely disconnected and unprofessional in high profile situations. Not enough time off. RNCM uneducated on the customer service side of things. Goals and compensation changed month to month.

Hardly any raises, the On-call system totally needs a revamp. They won't take the nurses input on drawing a map of the areas that WE NURSES have to work in
