flexibility, ethical, good training, therapy coworkers are helpful

Cons

Low pay per visit compared to other companies, pay and point’s don’t add up (example: 2 points for for SOC and 1 point for sub visits but the pay for SOC is not 2x the sub visit rate). Almost always expected (or guilted into) being over productivity requirements. Too much area to cover with too many patients and not enough therapists.
