Everything was great until my supervisor stepped down after being told she wouldn’t be able to move up, after that the whole team slowly started resigning it was ridiculous.

Cons

I literally had my supervisor come around the corner checking up on me atleast 5 times a day. And god forbid you need to call off, you’re interrogated and told that the team needs you regardless of your personal situation.
