      Pros

      Job itself is easy but lot of stress behind making your referral goal and making sure the patient is truly your main focus

      Cons

      The management structure is awful. There’s no accountability for the lower management. They do as they want. Lower management will make you look bad to make themself look good instead of hearing you out and taking accountability for the lack of structure. Benefits are horrible.

      Heavy charting but fullfilling

      Pros

      -you get to know your patients very well and what their health goals and concerns are -flexible scheduling throughout day, you get to determine when you see your patient's during the day, provided there aren't timed meds etc. -get to work on your own and do as much extra as you want. - paid per visit based on productivity points.

      Cons

      - a lot narrative charting required - if you fall behind on charting once, it feels like you never get caught back up -you spend a lot of time on the phone with doctor's offices and on hold - paid per visit based on productivity points.

      Pros

      Very successful and busy home care agency. Adapting to the changes of the current ever changing healthcare system. Lots of tenured field staff!

      Cons

      401 K Match is not the greatest. Hard to find good clinicians to replace vacancies.
